The quickest way to get hold of me is a call or a text on 07960 746480. If I'm mid-session I won't pick up, but I come back to people as soon as I'm free.
It helps if you tell me three things: whether you've used a reformer before, anything about your body I should know, and which days suit you. Then I can suggest a time that works.
The studio is at my home in Harrogate. I'll send you the address and where to park once your session is in the diary.
