What this site collects

Nothing, unless you send an enquiry. There is no advertising on this site, no tracking, and no analytics that follow you anywhere else.

This site sets no cookies. That is why there is no banner asking you to accept any.

If you send an enquiry

The details you put in the form — your name, how to reach you, and what you have written — are sent to Nicola's Reformer Room so they can reply. They are used for that, and for keeping a record of the work if you go ahead. They are not sold, and they are not passed to anybody who is not involved in doing the job.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not become work are kept while they might still be useful and are then deleted. Records of work done are kept as long as the law requires for a business.

Your rights

You can ask what Nicola's Reformer Room holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner, the UK regulator, at ico.org.uk.
